These senior pictures at the Museum of Ice Cream in NYC are some of my favorites. The MOIC has a bunch of different rooms that all make for great photos, and today we are sharing one of my favorite rooms, the rainbow arch. It took some patience and skill to shoot in this spot because of how crowded the MOIC was on our Saturday morning photo shoot in NYC for Ellie’s senior portraits.
Ellie wore her 18th birthday dress for her senior pictures at Museum of Ice Cream because she thought the white would pop against all the colors we would see. She was totally right. She has a really great visual eye. I think I’m going to hire her to work for Benfield Photography if she goes to the University of Arkansas. I could really use a 2nd set of eyes on things like fashion and color, and she would be fantastic.
As you can see from her pictures at Museum of Ice Cream, she could also help with posing. I’m pretty great at posing and making my subjects feel comfortable, but she adds a fresh take that I think young brides and high school seniors would love for their portraits.
