Okay, remember the other day when I talked about loyalty? I mentioned a few of my families who have been using me for years and years and how thankful I am. Then, I started thinking about the companies I am loyal to, and why. I’m loyal to Apple because they make incredible products, better than any others in their market, that all work seamlessly together. Simply, they’re the best at what they do.

I’m also loyal to American Airlines and Marriott hotels because they give me killer rewards. For example, I have already flown for free a few times this year thanks to airline miles, and I still have enough points for about 10 free flights anywhere in the US and world. While I pay for my travel when it’s for work, I use the airline miles to take the family on vacation. You know… work hard so we can play hard. Likewise, I’m loyal to Marriott because I have stayed a lot of free nights this year – Aspen during New Years, Florida for our week at Disney, etc. It definitely pays to be loyal.

Okay, so I’m thinking out loud here. Who would be interested in a Benfield Photography loyalty program? You get points any time you book a session or place a print / album order. You rack up points and can use them for future print orders or mini sessions? I would love to know your thoughts!
