In addition to Ellie’s formal high school dance team photos I posted about yesterday, we also took some fun and colorful photos of the team. Ellie had the team vote on what type of look they wanted to create for photos of them not in their uniforms, and the decision was unanimous. They all voted for lots and lots of color for their high school dance team photos. I paired that with a really fun photo location in downtown Bentonville, which I think you’ll love. The colors accentuated the colors, if that makes sense.

I also shot individuals of each of the team members, and then some smaller groups during this high school dance team photos session. Here are the seniors of the JHS Pom

Scout can’t not jump in front of the camera when I’m photographing other people, so I just leaned into it and had Ellie pick her up for a few pictures. Their sisterly love is so beautiful!

All that color looks great, but then I put this one in black and white and am totally obsessed. Of course, Ellie makes it really easy for any picture to look good. She’s so gorgeous and photographs so well.
