Ellie is the State Champ!

Scout’s Easter Egg Extravaganza

It’s become an Easter tradition for the Benfields to visit Scout’s school the day before Easter. They have a MASSIVE Easter egg hunt, games, skits, etc. and Scout has a blast.

Tyler’s Birthday

Also this week, our queen had her birthday. Tyler’s birthday is on the 7th, and every year she gets to choose whatever it is she wants to do. This year, to nobody’s surprise, she wanted to have dinner at Sai Wok, our favorite neighborhood restaurant. I got her a birthday girl crown, fitting for the queen.

Tyler is a special woman with a big ol’ heart for others. I’m thankful that I get an excuse to make the entire day about her, because she deserves it. She’s such a great mom to our kids, and an encouraging wife to me. We love and appreciate you, Ty!
