This Allenbrook Farms Wedding post for Jenny and Zac is going to be a monster post! There were so many wonderful and sentimental moments I captured, and I’m excited to share them all with you.

So today I have the pleasure of sharing the Allenbrook Farms Wedding story of Jenny and Zac. She spent the morning laughing with her closest friends while getting ready to marry Zac.
One of my favorite moments was so simple and perfect: Jenny’s dad pondering what words to leave in the wedding guestbook. I think this moment meant so much to me both when I took it and even now because I relate as a #girldad.
This is another really sweet moment. I live for moments like this. My camera is always at the ready!

Allenbrook Farms Weddings have this really cool organic farm on the property that we used for the backdrop of this first look image of the bride and groom. Love Grows Here is what it says, which is a beautiful sentiment appropriate for this first meeting.
Then we shot a few portraits out in front of the Allenbrook Farms Wedding signed with the beautiful venue behind. All the lovely portraits will be in tomorrow’s blog post, so come back and see!
This is another one of my favorite moments. The bride’s dad peeled the groom away from the wedding for a special talk and a toast.
Then, each of the wedding party groups spent time praying over the couple before they walked down the aisle.
Here is a photo tip to the photographers out there… keep your eye on the groom. Even though others are walking up the aisle, a special moment happened between the groom and his mom.
One of my fondest parts of the weekend was seeing Scout become buddies with her cousin, Emily. Emily is smart and sweet and funny. Also, she was kind and patient with Scout. It’s no wonder why Jenny and Zac chose Emily to be their flower girl.
It’s important to remember that for every action there is also a reaction (channeling Isaac Newton). As a luxury wedding photographer, you have to always be prepared to capture both.
Okay, these daddy & daughter moments are everything. They even had a secret handshake they did at the head of the aisle. I am honored to be capture their relationship.

This group of bridesmaids had Tyler and me laughing all weekend.
Then it was time for the wedding reception. The lighting was beautiful during the announcement of the bride and groom and for their first dance.
Here’s another example of that action and reaction. The bride dancing with her father is the story here, but I also love this moment of the bride’s mom shooting a video of them dancing.
I mean, just so many incredibly fun moments. Can you even with that photo of Emily and Scout above? And this collage below makes me smile.
What a getaway. Sparklers and bubbles and fireworks… oh my!
