This Little Rock Engagement Shoot was as timeless as it was classic.

As a luxury wedding photographer, I strive to shoot images that will never go out of style. My goal is for you to look back on your engagement and wedding images and feel all the love, not cringe over an out-of-date filter or cheesy pose. You know what I mean?

Katie and David are having a Northwest Arkansas wedding this weekend, but live in Little Rock. So, I thought a Little Rock Engagement Shoot was exactly what they needed in their life. I drove down to Little Rock early to give myself a few hours to scout locations for the session. Typically I look for what’s popping at that particular time – kind of like how a chef goes to the farmer’s market to see what’s fresh. This was late fall, so I wanted to find areas that still showcased Arkansas’ gorgeous foliage. Then I sent iPhone pics to Katie to see which she liked best, taking into account what outfits she and David chose for their session. As you can see, she chose the Capital Hotel as one of her spots, which is also one of my very favorite engagement locations. It’s also one of my favorite hotels in Arkansas.
